GPP Workouts 3 days a week.
RWND Strength Training Workouts 4 days a week.
This program is all about building base strength in Type B Muscle Fibers (Fast Twitch Muscles).
Great for Beginners in Strength Training!
The Strength Training is based on the “Classic” Strength Bias
Explosive 5x5’s focusing on the major Push, Pull, Leg, and Arm Muscles.
Moderate rest between straight sets.
Progressive Overload to increase strength over time.
Weekly Workout Schedule:
Mon: Push Day & GPP
Tues: Pull Day, No GPP
Wed: GPP
Thurs: Leg Day & GPP
Fri: Arm Day, No GPP
This program was made to preserve and grow muscle, balance your hormones, and NOT make us sore and exhausted. Less intensity, plus specific strength training is the formula for the fountain of youth.
