6 week strength program made after the OG “Body for Life” program of the 90’s.
6 days/week pyramid style lifting using a 6 day split, but taking a rotating day off. (Beginners should modify to 3 days/week)
Conditioning (GPP) 2 days/week
Daily brisk walk 5 days/week
Higher Reps = Burn Lower Reps = Fatigue
All sets are supersets = more conditioning
Rest as needed between supersets
**This program is made for intermediate-advanced lifters and those in pretty good cardiovascular condition. However, it can be scaled-down if needed.
