On-going Monthly Gym Program Includes:
GPP Workouts 3 days a week.
RWND Strength Training Workouts 5 days a week.
It's all about the Hatfield Method of training in LVL4!
This program is focused on Muscle Building and Endurance.
This is the hardest of all the RWND Programs. The pump is REAL with this one!
All the weight lifting is done as 3 Giant Sets with 3 Exercises
The Hatfield Method uses 3 Metabolic Pathways for complete muscle use, fatigue and development: ATP-PCr, Glycolytic, Oxidative
The ATP-PCr pathway uses heavy weight and explosive rep speed.
The Glycolytic pathway uses moderate weight and a 1-2-2-0 count rep speed.
The Oxidative pathway uses light weight and a 1-0-1-0 count rep speed.
The Weekly Schedule is as follows:
Mon: Press Day & GPP
Tues: Pull Day (no GPP)
Wed: Triceps Day & GPP
Thurs: Leg Day (no GPP)
Fri: Biceps Day & GPP
