Complete piriformis & low back stretches
Workout: 5 sets of 5 reps each
Dead lifts AHAP
OH BB press AHAP
Post weights used per set to comments.
Workout Notes:
These are best done in straight sets.
Before you perform your first “work set” take 2 or 3 warm-up sets with a lighter weight.

Do the stretches several times if you like.
Perform reps at high speed without sacrificing form.
You may take bars from a rack.
Do NOT let heels leave the floor during press.
Do the pushups with strict form.
Perfect form on those DLs.
Musings …
I put these videos out a few years ago with the thought that one of you might engage me and even disagree with certain parts of what I say. I did this with hopes of creating a dialogue. I was hoping this dialogue would open all of our collective minds to new ideas about … well, everything health and fitness related.
Not many of you watched them (Ha! This is the story of my life!). If you have a min, take a listen/look. Would love your feedback. Please post to comments (either here or on YouTube).
This will be a good one to get the dialogue started. It’s WAY over the top, but it has a sweet message (if you are into truth and stuff …).
Don’t be offended. Sometimes I have to go all the way to ridiculous before I can pull it back and make any sense out of a thing.
