Today might be one of the last days of good weather we might have for a while to run outside.  Let's do it!  Please consider bringing a light for early morning and evening runs.  It is so tempting to keep this one inside today and go for minutes.  The thing is, we are going to be inside A LOT until next April, or so.  It'll be nice to have this one last workout outdoors.  

Thought we'd bring this one up again after only a couple of months, because it was brand new to us in early September.  Sometimes it's nice to have another stab at a workout while it is a little fresher on your mind.  

The secret on doing those running OH triceps extensions is to keep them away from your head and spine.  I tried this earlier today and whacked myself pretty good.  Slow down the movement and the run and you'll be fine.  

Love the effect of this workout.  Amazing for the core.
