For time:

20 burpees
jog in place til trainer says “GO!”
19 burpees
jog in place til trainer says “GO!”
18 burpees
jog in place til trainer says “GO!”

Continue by subtracting 1 burpee from each round and jogging in place til trainers says “GO!” until you have completed 1 burpee and its accompanying jog.

Workout Notes:

  1. Must be with us on Zoom meetings tomorrow morning at 8am! DO IT! NEED YOU!

  2. It’s different this time (thus the “II” designation). We’ll be jogging in place until one of us says, “GO!”

  3. In life: you are either doing burpees, or burpees are doing you!

  4. Pro Tip: ON thing to NEVER do during burpees

  5. Don’t expect this workout to go much more than 25 min. Then, don’t expect to have much energy the rest of the day. Today, kids will learn to feed themselves! :)

  6. There are alts for this one. Will let you know on zoom.

  7. Also, we are posting zoom recordings of the workouts within an hour of the workout. If it helps, you!

  8. Every want to interview a rock star and ask about how hard it is physically? I did it! If Jon Schmidt of the Piano Guys isn’t a rock star - no one is!
