Daily Workout …

Run/walk/jog 5k (3.2 miles).

Post time and how you felt to comments.


Workout notes:

  1. See how far you can go (if you are ready) before you have to stop.

  2. Note the distance (track on phone?).

  3. Determine to beat that distance next time.

  4. If you made the entire 3.2 without a stop, note the time.

Time Spent Outside

  1. Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet away from another person at all times while outside.

  2. Exercise outside while maintaining 6-foot distance from another person and without touching common areas.

  3. Do not congregate at trailheads and other outdoor spaces.

  4. Do not travel to, or participate in activities at, any of the following locations: 

    1. places of public amusement or public activity;

    2. public swimming pools; or

    3. gyms, and fitness centers.”

Whelp … Linds and I predicted this last night.

In solidarity with the Great State of Utah and in order to help do our part to protect the lives of those we love and care about, GPP is temporarily closing the gym doors at GPP HQ until further notice.

We will still post daily workouts, notes, musings and ect. at GPPFitness.com as we have done every day, 6x/week for 12 yrs and will continue to find ways of helping you to maintain and create “Optimal Health.”

We’ll have a lot more to say about it later. For now, here’s a vid explanation.
