900 Backwards Rope Jumps

Workout Notes:

  1. Masters: 25 and 12 reps

  2. Did you lose all of your burpee prowess?

  3. This will be short for a couple of you. If you are one of those who will go under 20 minutes, you'll need to do this at "Ludicrous Speed." Like, seriously. You need to go fast. Then go straight into those rope jumps.

  4. If you do it right (and you are ready for it - not one second before), you should be coughing all day after this.  

  5. Be careful with those Aussies. We did them on Tuesday, so you should be recovered. But if your pullers are still sore, think about scaling back a few reps.
