Daily Extras - Add the following to each round:

100 double unders (333 singles)
10-8-6 Smith bench press 75/135 


Workout Notes: 

  1. Masters: Do all the reps. Put 2 min rest between each round.

  2. Lift Club: Remember, we are benching tomorrow.

  3. Excited to get back on a heavy bar today! 

  4. If you haven't got much experience on a heavy barbell, back off the weight and just drill movements.

  5. This workout lacks the classic balance of a Monday workout. Don't worry, we'll make up for it later in the week. I don't like the thought of adding more fatigue to the pile with such technical lifts. However, those of you who've been around for a while should consider the extras!  Lift Club: Remember, we are benching tomorrow.

  6. It used to call for BW on the deads.
