Daily Workout:

EMOM for 10 min complete:
100 rope jumps
rest 1 min, then

EMOM for 10 min complete:
35 KB swings 25/35
rest 1 min, then

EMOM for 10 min complete:
12 burpees

Post reps missed from each category and general thoughts to comments. 


Daily Extras - run 1 mile or complete 15 min. of steady state cardio of your choice.
*work on your Bossame goals


Workout Notes:

  1. Masters: 75 Rope Jumps, 25 KB Swings, 8 Burpees

  2. It's a super old video. Not really relevant to today. Still, there are some nuggets in it.

  3. EMOMs are cool.

  4. WWFD?

  5. If you struggle to get all of the KB swings in, get AMAP.

  6. Can't do the rope jumps? Sub for a row 200/250.

  7. The burpees will sting a bit. Enjoy! Just in case you haven’t had enough burpees during the week;)
