100 Aussie pullups
100 walking lunges (L+R=2)
1 mile run (1000 rope jumps, 1600 m row, 8 min plate switches)

You may NOT partition exercises.

Linds and I using our fitness hiking to Fifth Water Hot Springs. It was a glorious day. The hike was 6 miles in and out. It was ICY! Luckily we brought our shoe spikes last minute, saved our butts.
