Workout Notes:
- Pulling was all we had left this week.
- Rower resistance should be lowered. Setting 3-4 is best.
- Not in a hurry today. Stay busy, but off the clock.
- Use SLOW speed (2-0-2-0)
- Feel the burn.
- I know. It's weird to see "Daily Extras" on a Saturday. I like balance.
