Warmup - 3 rounds of:

15 DB Thrusters 15/20 ea.
15 straight leg deadlifts 15/20 ea. 

Workout -

Every 30 seconds for 20 rounds perform:

1 x 10m starts and stop

Daily extras -

100 strict push-ups for time.


Workout Notes: 

  • Rough, rough leg soreness in store for those who aren't ready for this. If you've NEVER done those stops and starts you must NOT DO HALF of the reps! 
  • These sprints are incredibly sneaky. You will feel fine while doing them. You'll walk out of the gym going (sarcastically) "Nice job GPP - YOU MISSED me. 
  • Again please go easy at these.
  • Keep neutral spine on the straight leg DLs
