Workout Notes:
- Watch your hands! Usually we get a few tears after 40-50 pullups.
- Looking back at the last time we did this one (2013), most of us did jumping pullups. That's cool. If you need to jump them - go for it. However, if you have a few real pulls (kips) in you - go for it!
- If you are going to break the workout up, be sure to break it into the 2 movements that are together.
- Keep the movements as strict as possible, or strict-ish. What is strict-ish. That just means make as many of them strict as is possible. Once you run out of stricts, safely use some body. It's best though, if you only use as much "monkey motion" as is needed.
We are opening a new Kid's Class next Monday!
If you missed out and wanted to register your kids, please let us know by writing to admin@gppfitness.com. We'll get your young one signed up ASAP.
Tuesday and Thursday classes have already begun and are sold out, but we are opening a Monday & Wednesday 10:30 am class. These begin June 29. When our Tu-Th classes filled up, we turned a lot of folks away. If you know any of them, please let them know we are making these additions. Thx.
Has anyone tried this yet? Looks cool.
