Many of you asked (last week) how the workout "Master" compares to "Meg-inator."  Let's do this thing.  Please post differences experienced between the two workouts to comments. 


This is a complex issue.  Lots of blame to go around.  It seems less important to appoint blame, than to take action.  Let's just start there.  In the spirit of taking action, check out THIS SITE.  Watch the shows as you have time.  Doing so, seems like a positive step in the right direction.
