Three rounds of:

1 min hollow rock (count reps down + back =1)
1 min hanging side ups  (count reps R + L = 1)
1 min weighted situps (close body) 15/20 (count reps)
1 min weighted back extensions 7/12 (count reps)
1 min reverse burpee 15/20 (count reps)

Rest 1 min between each round.  
The clock does NOT stop between exercises. 
Count total reps and post to comments.

"When I stopped at Walmart on my way home I literally thought I was going to fall.  My legs were failing me.  So upper body is shot from yesterday and getting worse by the hour.  Lower body is shot from today and I know that will only get more fun as the clock ticks.  Let us pray together that tomorrow is core, as in abs.  Because that and my butt are about the only things that aren't sore right now.  It is is indeed core then we will round my week off with total body failure.  On a serious note, I LOVE IT! It shows me I am working hard and it is paying off :).  Thanks for introducing me to GPP.  I believe it just may change my life and I am super pumped!"
