Biggest Loser T.V. show borrows a GPP original workout (Hit the Deck).
HERE is the link to the workout on Biggest Loser. You'll want to FF to 55:25 min into the show to see it. They'll make you watch a bunch of commercials, sorry. They changed a few things around, but it IS HTD.
I'm not much of a fan of this show, but I like that they recognize an amazing workout when they see it.
