"Serious question - What are the top reasons modern people are unhealthy/overweight?  Looking for more than just the typical "exercise and diet" answers.  Lets go out of the box here, like "The modern human lives in an artificial 70 degree world.  This negates caloric expenditure associated with thermo-regulation."
