Q: I've been true to not having any sugar since the GPP Dance Training, but my coffee has been a bit bland without sugar. I was just wondering where artificial sweeteners (such as Sweet and Low) fall: can we have them? Or does that count as sugar? Thanks! - Ang
A: Sweet n low and others like it are cool Angie! Although I'm fairly convinced that artificial sweeteners will kill us all in many other horrible ways, they do not count as sugar. Nor do they count toward your daily caloric intake. - Neil
