On-going Monthly HOME Program Includes:
GPP Workouts 3 days a week.
RWND Strength Training Workouts 3 days a week.
This program has a huge focus on Cardio and Muscular Conditioning, which will have an amazing weight loss, and core toning effect…great for Summer!
Slower rep speed (2-0-2-0) with moderate weight
Higher number of reps (8-12)
Go to fatigue (not failure)
Done in giant sets with no rest
Higher volume with more sets (3-5 sets 3x/wk)
If your gym doesn’t have the movement, contact FB group for alts/subs.
Rookies should scale back by ½ to ⅓ of all reps/rounds/sets/wts
This workout should be done for at least 4wks, but not to exceed 8 wks for folks over 40.
Workout Schedule:
Mon: Legs/Push/Pull/Core & GPP
Tues: No GPP
Wed: Legs/Push/Pull/Core & GPP
Thurs: GPP
Fri: Legs/Push/Pull/Core, No GPP
Sat: OFF
