Workout Notes:

  1. “No video for jumping jacks!” I know, but they are jumping jacks.

  2. Move quickly between warm-up exercises. Try not to stop.

  3. Limit rest between band pulls and biceps curls.

  4. Rest is part of your “round.”

  5. Linds and I will count you through all the reps tomorrow on Zoom!
