Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest of each of the following: 2x

pushups ("rest" in the pushup start position - piking acceptable)
situps ("rest" lying back with feet at 6 inches)
BTB squats ("rest" in the squat position)
