build to a rough 3 (perfect reps) then,
- 3 reps per min., on the min. for 5 min.

front squats

build to a rough 5 (perfect reps) then,
-5 reps per min., on the min. for 5 min.

box jumps

20 reps every min., on the min. for 5 min.
