Due to the onset of spring break this week, many who have decided to do the CCC are out of town.  Although they should still be doing the workouts and eating plans, we will not be DQ'ing anyone for not working out or posting until the beginning of next week. 

To clarify.  The CCC will be delayed 1 week.  That's Monday, April 11.  Good luck all!
