- compete 300 jump ropes backwards (note longest streak)
- find your 3 rep max back squat
then,
- perform your 3 rep max back squat - rest 2 min.
- decrease weight 20% and perform a max set (as many as you can) - rest 2 min.
- decrease that weight 20% and perform a max set.
- decrease that weight 20% and perform a max set.
- perform a max set of air squats
- complete 300 jump ropes backwards (note longest streak)
Post weights and reps and longest jump rope streak.
