Daily Extras - Do the “Burpee Challenge”

Rookies complete - 14 burpees
Experienced Peeps complete - 23 burpees
Vets complete - 32 burpees

  1. Add 10 minutes to your total time.

  2. Add 25 lat pull downs 5/7 to each round. I suggest beginning the workout with them.

  3. I highly suggest running for all the cardio sections of the workout today, at least at HQ. It’s supposed to be a beautiful day.


Workout Notes: 

  1. Masters: AMRAP 25 min., Reps 15, same run, same cardio.

  2. Added a pull to this classic workout.

  3. Really push that cardio. The point of this workout is to blow out those lungs.

  4. Form up on the lifts. Try to get those muscles burning. Plus, it's your only rest!

  5. Plate squats = grab a plate 25/45. Hug it. Squat it. (The demo vid shows Kym doing a goblet squat with a DB. Same concept.)

  6. Use whatever bar you like for the kicks. Heavier works best for the guys.

  7. Out of tradition, we typically do “SAD Love” on Valentine’s Day. The movements are similar to what we did on Wednesday. So, we will do it on Saturday.
