Workout Notes:

  1. That Smith machine bench press is cool. Hope you kept a record of the weights you used last time, some of you got pretty sore from this.

  2. If you don’t have a Smith machine, do pushups.

  3. I wouldn't do this on a regular bench press. 50 presses is NO JOKE! Don't want to put yourself at risk of dropping the weight on your neck!

  4. Don't alternate the biceps curls.

  5. If you KNOW (a few of you salty vets will) you'll go under 20 min to get this done, do the extras!

  6. Post your time.

Creatine is one of the safest supplements available and has been studied scientifically for over two centuries. Here are some more facts about creatine:

  • Supplementing with creatine provides additional ATP energy, which improves high-intensity exercise performance.

  • Creatine can stimulate several key biological processes that lead to increased muscle growth and size.

  • Creatine improves numerous factors, including:

    strength

    ballistic power

    sprint ability

    muscle endurance

    muscle mass

    recovery

    brain performance

  • Creatine can increase both short- and long-term muscle mass growth. It’s the most effective muscle building supplement available.

  • Creatine may reduce some symptoms of Parkinson’s disease by improving muscle strength and function.

  • Research in animals suggests that taking creatine supplements may treat other diseases too, including

    Alzheimer’s disease
