Workout Notes:

  1. Snake em! The point of the workout is to keep moving. Your “pushers” will get plenty crushed. Promise. Then again, if you got 20 without stopping - get after it!

  2. VETS - your skull crushers might best be described as “ear mashers” if you are doing them right. IOW take them all the way down to the sides of your head. It increases ROM.

  3. Rookies - ignore note #2.

  4. Sub :45s band sprint for run if you don’t go outside!

  5. Go HARD all 6 rds. Dawdling negates the point.

  6. Leaving the “pullers” alone today. Nice stacking on M & T!

The Unwritten Rules of the Gym (I Hate)

Friends, I know most of you never “like,” “thumbs up,” or “share” anything. I don’t either. My generation never does. Thing is, this vid only applies to our generation. Need your help getting info to our people though. If you think to do it - all of the above would rock!
