Complete piriformis & low back stretches

Workout: Perform 7 sets

5 Dead lifts AHAP
5 OH BB press AHAP

Workout Notes:

  1. Weight lifting is boring. You tend to do nearly the same thing week in and week out. I promise to change things up in a couple of months. For now enjoy this SUPER TUESDAY.

  2. These are best done in straight sets.

  3. Before you perform your first “work set” take 2 or 3 warm-up sets with a lighter weight.

  4. Thought the stretches were a good add - Thanks Linds!

  5. Do the stretches several times if you like.

  6. Perform reps at high speed without sacrificing form.

  7. You may take bars from a rack.

  8. Do NOT let heels leave the floor during press.

  9. Do the pushups with strict form.

  10. Perfect form on those DLs.
