Workout Notes: 

  • It is strictly forbidden to workout on Halloween while not in costume. I don't make the rules. It's in the Geneva convention. Look it up. Anyway, the only thing worse than not working out in costume is not working out, so we'll see you tomorrow.

  • For those who don't wear costumes, we will be assessing a 1 million burpee penalty at the door. 

  • This workout isn't bad to do in costume. We don't do very big movements and don't get very sweaty. 

  • No night classes on Halloween. The 5:00 & 5:45 pm is cancelled.


Musings …

Almost exactly one year ago, I invited Rob Eastman to come and do a podcast with me about addiction. It was a moving experience. Rob is one of my idols because of his failures and successes. To say he has made a name for himself in all the best ways now, is an understatement. I’m re-posting this podcast because on Tuesday, Rob invited me to be on HIS podcast. Things like that seem to come full circle. His podcast is called “Stand and Fight,” and he’s done multiple episodes about mental illness, suicide, and addiction. Look for this next episode with the two of us soon (I’ll post it here). It was a honor and privilege to spend that time with him. Thank you, Rob.
