Excited to get back on a heavy bar today!
If you haven't got much experience on a heavy barbell, back off the weight and just drill movements.
This workout lacks the classic balance of a Monday workout. Don't worry, we'll make up for it later in the week. I don't like the thought of adding more fatigue to the pile with such technical lifts. However, those of you who've been around for a while should consider the extras!
