Workout Notes:
- Any time we do a heavily biased upper body day (Holla, STAB!), you can bet the farm a leg day is coming!
- It's going to be hard keeping an inward curve to your spine while jumping those goblet squats. Be sure not to sacrifice neutral spine. Remember, your low back is likely still a little touchy from those heavy deads from Monday. If there is ANY doubt at all whether you have the form right, or not - scale & consult a GPP trainer.
- Busters are done with a DB in EACH hand.
- Weighted walking lunges are done with a DB in each hand.
