20 jumping goblet squats 15/20
20 busters 15/20 ea.
20 weighted walking lunges 15/20 ea. (R+L=1)
400m run

Workout Notes:

  1. Any time we do a heavily biased upper body day (Holla, STAB!), you can bet the farm a leg day is coming!
  2. It's going to be hard keeping an inward curve to your spine while jumping those goblet squats. Be sure not to sacrifice neutral spine. Remember, your low back is likely still a little touchy from those heavy deads from Monday. If there is ANY doubt at all whether you have the form right, or not - scale & consult a GPP trainer. 
  3. Busters are done with a DB in EACH hand.
  4. Weighted walking lunges are done with a DB in each hand.
