Rookies complete - 24 burpees
Experienced Peeps complete - 43 burpees
Vets complete - 62 burpees

FEB. 29TH IS THE LAST DAY OF THE BURPEE CHALLENGE! I KNOW IT’S A SATURDAY, BUT IT SEEMS MORE FUN TO END ON A LEAP DAY!


Workout Notes:

  1. Masters: 2 rounds of each. If you have shoulder issues, turn those chair dips into triceps cable pushdowns.

  2. This workout is what I like to call imbalanced. I usually throw a Friday workout at you that involves all 4: push, pull, squat, core movements (plus cardio.) Today will be an exception. It’s a good day for this workout because you have been balanced throughout the week with lots of core.

  3. I also like the idea of getting some runs in. It is supposed to be a beautiful day tomorrow (at HQ anyway.) Let’s get outside and put some miles on.

  4. This video ^ is oldish, but still has some great info. Disregard the parts about the shaping bias.
