Double the tic-tocks. Partition them if you like.
Workout Notes:
- 2 min cardio = don't care what it is. Just crush some heavy breathing. (run, elliptical, bike, switches, rope jumps, whatever).
- Don't fear the juggle. TRY it!
- If you are looking for a little more out of those abs today, consider switching crunches for crunches on a ball. Don't have a ball? Cool, just roll up a towel and place it in the small of your back. Keep the small of your back pressed into the towel at all times as you do your crunches.

What's Next???
Was talking with MJ (Have you seen her shoulders lately?!) today during the noon. Haha, she's been with us over 5 years and today was her FIRST noon! She told me the only reason she was there is because she missed her earlier regular workout time and had to make it up a the noon to be sure she got her 40!
That's powerful stuff. I think A LOT of us have had success this month due to the 40 workouts in a month thing! I'm at 23-24! Need to look.
In any case, she goes, "What's next month? I need something to keep me going." And frankly, so do I. At least I'd like something. To be honest I never really thought ahead on this thing. Was just going to finish the month off with the 4 of us that hung with it - I WRONGLY imagined - and just go back to normal. Now, since so many of you hung with it, I'm not so sure about that. I really like this challenge. I've got some cool thoughts on next month, (sponsorships, free stuff, a $ challenge), but wondered if you had something more fitting/better? What are your ideas?
