Workout Notes:
- I tried this a couple of months ago. Love it. Forgot about it ,then stumbled onto it last night. Can't wait to do it again.
- In terms of full disclosure, I only did about 10 mins of it. Those heavy deads tho!
- This means you are going to be guinea pigging this a bit, so be careful! Adjust weights and reps as needed. If you have questions ask your trainer.
