Workout Notes: 

  • I tried this a couple of months ago. Love it. Forgot about it ,then stumbled onto it last night. Can't wait to do it again. 
  • In terms of full disclosure, I only did about 10 mins of it. Those heavy deads tho!
  • This means you are going to be guinea pigging this a bit, so be careful! Adjust weights and reps as needed. If you have questions ask your trainer. 
  • For those of you online, go ahead and ask ----> to comments! If I don't get to it, Judy probably will. She knows this stuff better than I do. That's a fact! 
  • Get a bunch of rest on Sunday. You are likely to see this one again Monday! Fits our programming perfectly!
