800 m run
3 laps on the elliptical 8/10 (speed above 65)
5 min jogging on the spin bike.
Workout Notes:
- Love this one. It delivers perfect balance between the front and rear of your core. It does this while delivering a full body workout with both aerobic and anaerobic benefits. Cool workout.
- It usually has burpees, but I like the situps better. At least, for today.
- Remember, the first round starts with situps.
- Go hard at first, try to get this bad boy done in as few rounds as possible.
