Workout Notes:

  • This one will be rough on hands. Probably want to trim those calluses before you come in.
  • If you feel a tingle in your hands, bail on the pullups. Turn them into clean curls (heavy) or lat pull downs if you have them.
  • What weight to use? It's hard to know. You picked the right one if your breeze through 12. From there, 14-20 should require break-sets. 65/95 would be close if you're a salty old vet. Maybe a bit less if you don't want to wear those PSCs for 3-4 days.

It's not about NOT doing work. Anyone who's ever done a GPP workout knows we DO the hard stuff. All of it. It's an efficiency thing. Bottom line - We don't serve our workout. The Workout serve us!
