Daily Extras - double up the reps (minus the Aussies)


Workout Notes: 

  • Be careful with Aussies. Only Vets to this movement should do that many reps. Half, or less for the rest of you! 
  • If you are looking for an extra challenge, try to do those SLSUs without using momentum.
