Yes, I know the wrong date is displayed above. I'm sorry!

It makes it look like I missed a post. I didn't. It's SquareSpace's fault. They know ALL about it (copied their latest response below). Despite this, they are somehow powerless to fix it, for now. 

Yesterday the site started acting funny. The date function and the order posts are displayed went haywire. It put Tuesday's workout behind Monday. This had the effect of causing many to do the wrong workout. I'm sorry ya'll. I've done everything I can from my end. This includes a lot of ALLCAPS yelling! 

I'll keep working on them for a fix. Trust me, I will. In the mean time, thank you for your patience.
