front squats 45/65
box jumps

Workout Notes: 

  1. Masters: Reps 15-10-5-5

  2. Balls Out - refers to the governor on a steam engine. Two heavy balls are attached to the engine so that as engine speed increases, the centrifugal force of the flywheel causes the balls to rise. "Balls Out," then, refers to running the engine at max speed, or full power.

  3. Also, consider the "daily extras."

  4. Not feeling the BW? Cool, you may do your OBW (optimal body weight). Or just scale as necessary.
