  • Careful with those pullups. It's been a while. 
  • 20 pushups is NO JOKE. Snake em if you got to. 
  • Watch yourself in the mirror during the squats. Get low. Keep your chest up.
  • Daily extras SHOULD make you sore.

Let's get together tonight and talk about some nutrition. It doesn't have to only be the challengers. If you want in on some of this nutrition stuff, it's totally cool if you want to come. Hell, bring a friend. 

We are seeing some amazing progress with the challengers who are sticking with it. I'm sure you all saw that pic of Ashley last week. Inspiring stuff. There are other stories just as inspiring, and after only 1 month! Cool.

Not exactly sure what's going on with my mouth here. Don't care! Cool hike to Grandeur Peak Sunday. Took about 3 1/2 hours. ROUGH! Well, it was rough going up. I'll be doing these on most weekends. Gonna go through the Wasatch front and climb a lot of them which are on my personal bucket list. Seems like they'd be better covered in the summer. Meh! It was fun in the snow. You should come!
