- We kinda hammered your low backs and to a lesser extent your legs yesterday. If you are feeling haggard, lighten up and just work on form today.
- If you got it in you, get serious about those DLs.
- The spin bike is not a break. It should be the worst 90 sec of your day.
- Play with those goblet squats a little. Don't be scared to adjust the suggested weight up or down depending on how you are feeling. In fact, that weight might change after each set.
