Workout Notes:
- Yep, to get full credit for your HELLth week, you'll need to do this workout. If you can't make it to the gym to do this one, sub for a 5k run.
- I'm feeling a bit guilty about programming those press jacks. We've been HAMMERING your shoulders this week. Hammering. And although press jacks aren't technically shoulder work (it's mainly lower body stuff), shoulder muscles are still needed to support the movement. If in doubt, sub for conditioning curls (1+1=2).
- 1+1=2 ??? "How does that even work?" Couldn't tell you. I'm not really sure how to work all that "fuzzy math" crap. So, I don't know. What you might try and do is just accumulate 100 (1+1=1 - the way God intended) of them and just be good with it. It'll feel better doing it the RIGHT way.
- What do you think? Should we do a t-shirt for HELLth week? Last year there wasn't a lot of interest in them (Maybe I just picked the wrong one). Then there wasn't any REAL interest in RX+ either. Feels like we need to re-fire up that tradition. Thoughts?
