then,
Four rounds per side of:
20 SLD 15/20
rest 30 sec. between rounds.
then,
Four rounds of:
20 heel raises
rest 30 sec. between rounds.
then,
200 walking lunges

Suz (below) runs our master's classes at GPP. She is an outstanding coach and example of health and fitness. Master's class is set-up as an entry level experience. Workouts are scaled for joints and fitness levels that need some finesse.
Master's Classes are run at 6:30pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays. And Saturday mornings at 09:30. Cost is $60.00/mo.
Suz would like to extend her hours to all GPPeeps - regardless of fitness level. You can do the Master's Class at 6:30 pm on T & TH, or the regularly scheduled Daily Workout. Either way she is happy to have you there.

"It's so nice when you see the results of hard work. I just had a bod pod re-test. From a year ago, I dropped body fat 5.8%, 16.5 pounds and only 1.5 of that was fat free weight. I am still far from elite athlete lean but am no longer in the excess fat category. Hopefully this translates into faster racing this year!"
