Off-Site Workout #2 - Stadiums (Conducted at 6am & 7:30pm)

- Meet at the Bountiful High Football Stadium 695 S. Orchard Dr (get Map)
- Bring water for a half time break.  

Complete 4 sets of each.  After the 4 sets of each exercise slow jog 1 lap (400m) to recover.  There are 15 steps to the top of the stadium.  

full sprints up (touch every step); slow run down; rest :45
full sprints up (every other step); slow run down; rest :45
R leg hops (every step); slow run down; rest :45
L leg hops (every step); slow run down; rest :45
1/4 squat jumps (every other step); slow run down; rest :45
20 bench dips - OTC; rest :45

Couple of thoughts on negotiating the demands of this week successfully.  

1.  Heat is not your friend this week.  In general, you do NOT want to take hot baths, steams or use a heating pad this week.  Use ice instead.  Here is some proper instruction on taking an ice bath.  BTW - You want to do this BEFORE the pain of soreness sets in.  

2.  Focusing on your health for a week should have far reaching effect.  Completing workouts & being perfect on your diet is an amazing accomplishment and will have obvious health benefits.  While you're at it, consider getting a better night's sleep.  Organizing your life to include 6-8 hours of continuous sleep will pay dividends that'll  immeasurably benefit all aspects of your health.  Keywords alert - "Organizing your life ... "
