HELLth week! (Begins Jan 6)
HELLth week is where GPP throws our best (worst?) at you for 6 days in a row. We throw down the challenge for you to show up and storm each of the 6 days of the challenge. Make no mistake. It's ROUGH. You are going to be sore. But, there is health in it as long as you keep it within limits. If you storm this with purpose, it is a great way to get back on track, or launch yourself to the next level of fitness.
As always, you can't out-exercise a poor diet. No point in trying. So, along with our HELLth week challenge, we are also calling for a nutritional challenge.
For the 6 days of the HELLth week, we challenge you to go without processed/added sugar, or artificial sweetener in your diet.
It is time for a sugar detox. Can you feel it? If you feel it, accept the challenge to comments!
One tip. I know it's New Year's Eve/Day. But, start preparing NOW. If you try to go cold turkey on Monday (first day of the Challenge) you are going to suffer.
Those of you who make it through the HELLth week challenge will be awarded better health, a kick start on your year, probably a bit of fat-loss (depending on your diet) and our cost on a GPP t-shirt. We'll take orders at the end of the week. You'll have to prove you were here by signing in to HQ each day. If you are off-site you'll need to prove it by commenting daily.
