We don't call it a "WOD."   

That's somebody else's thing.   

At GPP we have our own unique philosophy, our own unique purposes, our own unique programming, intentions, facilities, community and etc.  We even have our own unique vernacular. 

Despite our best intentions toward other groups who use the term WOD, and despite our immense respect toward ALL who help others obtain health and fitness - we prefer our own things. 

We just call it a "Daily Workout."  DW (Dee-Dub), if you like.   

Frankly, we aren't super stickler about this.  We are flattered when ANYONE uses a GPP workout - no matter what they call it.  It delivers the same results.  And RESULTS are precisely the purpose. 

So, call it what you like - we'll all wear it the same.
