Many have asked if it is too late to get involved in the GPP Optimal Health Challenge.  Short answer:

NOPE!

It's not a competition.  It is a series of workshops (lecture & practical) with new challenges (physical, nutritional & lifestyle) issued each week to help you understand more about your body.  Anyone can join any time.  Even off-site (we'll send you the vids).

If you'd like to know more about it, please write to us (click HERE) and we'll send you a link to the orientation video.  Otherwise show up Saturday mornings at 8 am for the next workshop.  The series is $75 to participate.  The Orientation video is FREE.

--------------------------------

Why do you keep ripping your hands?  Maybe you are doing what Amanda does.  THIS video is very short (shorter is almost always better), but even in a couple of seconds you can see why it keeps happening.  Do you see it?  It happens upon every rep.  Even between reps.  Post findings to comments.

Another good reason you should NEVER STOP EXERCISING!

--------------------------------

The other day, a guy wrote in and asked,

"If I wanted to make these workouts harder, should I double the reps, or time?"

The answer is, NEITHER.  For Optimal Health, the workouts should suffice as written.  However, we understand everyone has different goals.  For those looking to take things up a notch (careful now, you are on the razor's edge here), you're better served by adding INTENSITY.

--------------------------------

It is STILL that time of year.  The time of year when you are most likely to get sick.  One thing we can do to avoid illness is to get all the nutrients we need.  It is best if you can do this through healthy eating.  Not eating perfectly?  Consider a good multi-vitamin/mineral.  It can help.

Monika with Pharmanex will be at GPP all day today.  She'll be conducting tests to see if your multi and/or healthy eating is working for you.  If you are interested, it's FREE!  It only takes a couple of minutes. You can learn more HERE.
