Slight bend in the knees. Straight back.  Reverse grip.  Head neutral.  Feet and grip at shoulder width. Bar pulled til upper arms are parallel to the floor.  "Killin THIS" look on his face!  Ryan Demos PERFECT mid position for the Bent Row!
