Down 3 pounds!! Super excited. I thought about what Neil said last week and today. For me the payoff is more than just looking and feeling better. It is feeling like I am in control. Food does not have power. I have power. I can make the choice to exercise and to eat healthy. It is good to be in control!

We get asked all the time, "Can I workout when pregnant?"  Well, our experience is, you should ask your doctor first, but after you get the OK, the answer is a resounding YES!  Jenna (7 months) is an amazing example of this.
